YouTube incident: 'Active shooter' at HQ in northern California

Police in Northern California say they are responding to an incident involving an "active shooter" at YouTube headquarters.
Gunshots were reported at the company's campus in San Bruno, south of San Francisco.
Ambulances are at the scene and authorities have warned the public to stay out of the area.
Google, which owns YouTube, has said it is investigating a possible "gunfire incident".
Unconfirmed reports from local media say the shooter is a woman.
ZuckerbergSan Francisco General Hospital has said it is treating patients from the incident.
No details were provided on their condition.

A deranged, gun-wielding woman who posted a bizarre online manifesto blasting YouTube opened fire Tuesday at the company’s Northern California headquarters, wounding three people before killing herself.
Nasim Aghdam, 38, was armed with a handgun when she strolled onto the YouTube campus in San Bruno at about 12:45 p.m. and began shooting, police said.
The victims were two women, ages 32 and 27, and a 36-year-old man. They were recovering at San Francisco General Hospital early Wednesday. The man was listed in critical condition.
Some
1,700 people work at the YouTube HQ. Google said it was "coordinating
with authorities" and would provide information as it becomes available.
