organizations, that it will allow illegal aliens to board
commercial airlines by presenting an Oregon driver's privilege

Oregon's driving privilege cards will be given to illegal aliens,
or any applicant who cannot prove that he or she has lawful
presence in the United States, and is set for consideration by
Oregon voters on
November 4th under Ballot Measure 88. (

The controversy arose when Lars Larson, a talk show radio host
based in Portland, made public letters he received from TSA
stating the agency would accept Oregon's driver's privilege card
for identification at the airport. (

This admission is important because the
language that appears on the ballot for Measure 88, referred
to as its ballot title, says: "The driver card may not be used
as identification for air travel, to enter a
federal building, to register to vote or to obtain any government
benefit requiring proof of citizenship or lawful presence in
United States." (
Measure 88) Causa Oregon, a local illegal
alien lobbying group, insists on this point. (

Michael McCaul (R-TX) released his
"Blueprint for Southern Border Security"
(Blueprint), calling it "the first step to providing Americans the
secure border they demand and deserve." (

lengthy, 42-page report, McCaul identifies six goals for securing
the border as well as recommendations for action in each sector of

As if we did not have enough to worry about with Ebola,
Sharyl Attkisson reported last
week that the surge in enterovirus cases may well be related
to the infusion of young illegal immigrants throughout the
United States.
Although the correlation between the dispersal of these
youths and the spread of this deadly disease is not fully
established, what is established is that President Barack
“Typhoid Barry” Obama made this all happen. Here is how
it shook out. Since year one of the Bush administration,
Congress had been trying to pass the awkwardly titled
Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act,
better known as the DREAM Act....
“Usually you have to pass an ill-considered law before
the ‘unintended consequences’ come knocking,” opined
Steven Hayward in Human Events, “but in this case the
consequences are already parked in emergency shelters in
Texas, costing the American taxpayer $252 apiece per
day.” The unintended consequences could, of course,
prove to be much worse. People can ignore presidential
lies when the victims are in Libya or Iraq. They will
tolerate those lies no longer when the victims are
sleeping in the little bedroom down the hall....
